A crash game, a submarine, zero fluff

Diver InOut is a crash game. Period. This isn’t a slot, and it definitely isn’t a table game. It’s a crash title built firmly in the mould of Aviator, though the delivery is flipped; instead of watching a plane take flight, you’re tracking a submarine as it plunges into the deep.

Diver InOut crash interface: Multiplier tracking and round transition
InOut Games' Diver interface captured here displays the active multiplier, live player stakes, and the "waiting for the next round" screen. The gameplay loop hinges on an ascending multiplier mechanic where the objective is simple: bank your winnings before the round inevitably collapses.

You stake. The sub descends. The multiplier climbs. Then, it crashes.

Bank your profit before the hit, or your stake is dust. Each round is over in seconds. Forget reels, symbols, or unlockable bonuses; this is gambling stripped to its core.

InOut Games hasn’t attempted to reinvent the wheel with Diver. The studio has simply taken the crash formula that’s been printing since Aviator and reskinned it with a minimalist submarine aesthetic. It works. It isn’t ground-breaking, but it’s functional.

Diver InOut Rules

Mechanically, each round follows a predictable three-step loop.

You place your stake before the plunge. Once the round initiates, the multiplier starts at x1.00 and begins its ascent. Hit ‘Cash Out’ whenever you’re ready to pull the trigger on a win.

Diver InOut betting UI: Stake options and auto-cashout functionality
This capture of InOut Games’ Diver highlights the betting interface, featuring stake configurations, auto-cashout settings, and the intermission between rounds. This crash title enables players to automate their exit strategy, locking in returns at a predetermined level before the multiplier hits the wall.

Stake €1 and bank it at x2.00? You’ve got €2 in the bag. Hold out for x3.00? That’s €3. But if the crash hits at x2.17 while you’re still chasing x3.00, it’s game over. That €1 stake is dust.

Diver InOut: x2.17 multiplier hit and player payout
This screen from InOut Games’ Diver shows a round concluding at x2.17, with the player successfully banking a win via the auto-cashout tool. The UI clearly displays active stakes, the recent multiplier history, and live session data.

Max win potential is capped at a modest x100. One essential tool for bankroll management is the auto-cashout. Simply dial in your target, x1.50, x2.00, or whatever your risk appetite allows, and the game triggers the payout the millisecond the multiplier hits. It’s perfect for cutting out those lethal split-seconds of hesitation where you’re caught like a deer in headlights right as it crashes. We’ve all been punished hard by that indecision. Often.

95% RTP: Below the industry average

Diver delivers a 95% RTP. Without sugar-coating it, this is the game's primary weakness.

Diver InOut: 95% RTP verified on official game page
This capture from the official InOut Games Diver landing page confirms the 95% RTP alongside core game data, including multiplayer capabilities and the launch date.

Standard slots usually land in the 96%–96.5% range, while Aviator sits comfortably at 97%. This puts Diver at a 2-point disadvantage against its primary rival from the jump. Over a 200-round session, you’ll definitely feel that margin. Mathematically, it returns €95 for every €100 staked over the long haul, it isn’t a complete robbery, but it’s far from generous.

Strategy: Conservative or Kamikaze?

Let’s be real: no one can predict the crash. Every round is an independent event. There are no patterns to track and no cycles to exploit; the RNG doesn't care what happened sixty seconds ago. That said, there are two main schools of thought for approaching a session.

The first is the low-risk grind: banking systematically at x1.20 to x1.50. Stringing together three wins at x1.30 turns a €1 stake into €2.20. It isn’t exactly a high-octane thrill ride, but your bankroll stays healthy. You’re playing the long game, chipping away.

Diver InOut: x5.67 multiplier mid-round
This screen from InOut Games’ Diver captures the multiplier climbing through x5.67. The interface puts the ascending crash curve front and centre, alongside real-time player payouts and auto-cashout betting tools.

The second: target anything north of x5.00. You’ll be facing dead spins for the majority of the session, but one solid hit wipes the slate clean. You need the composure, and more importantly, the bankroll, to weather those brutal loss streaks.

Diver’s dual-bet system lets you blend both styles. You can set an auto-cashout at x1.30 to keep the lights on, while managing a second stake manually to chase the juice. It’s arguably the most balanced way to play.

Our Verdict on Diver InOut

Diver gets the job done. Nothing more, nothing less.

The UI is slick, rounds fire off in quick succession, and you’ll have the mechanics down in 30 seconds. For a crash game novice, it’s a solid entry point.

The catch is that when pitted against Aviator, it doesn’t bring much new to the table. Same mechanics, different skin, lower RTP. On paper, Aviator still wears the crown if you're looking for the market leader. But if you’re after a change of scenery or the nautical theme clicks, Diver holds its own.

A demo mode is available over at CrazyBet. It’s worth firing off a few fun-play rounds before committing real capital, if only to dial in your cashout thresholds.
