Welcome Offer – 100% Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions

The English version of the Terms and Conditions is the official version. In case of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

• The welcome offer is available only to new players who have completed KYC Level 2 verification.
• The promotion can only be claimed once per player.
• Only one bonus can be active at any time per player.

2. Bonus

• This is a sticky bonus: it rewards 100% of the deposit up to €500.
• The deposit and bonus amounts are combined into a locked balance that must be wagered 35x.
• The minimum deposit to be eligible is €20.
• The maximum deposit to receive the bonus is €500.
• Once the deposit is made and the bonus is activated, the bonus cannot be canceled and the deposit cannot be refunded.
• Real balance funds are used first, followed by the bonus balance.

3. Bonus Wagering Requirement

• The locked balance (deposit plus bonus) must be wagered 35 times (35x) before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only slot games contribute toward wagering. A specific list of eligible slots is available.
• All other games, such as sports betting, live dealer, mini-games, scratch cards, or any non-slot games, are not available during the bonus.
• Placing a bet on a prohibited game while the bonus is active will void the bonus and result in the loss of the entire locked balance (deposit and bonus).
• Progress made in bonus mode is independent. Any in-game progress or features during bonus mode do not carry over to real money play.

4. Betting Limits

• While a bonus is active, the maximum allowed bet is €10 per spin or per bet.
• Bonus Buy features are prohibited while the bonus is active.
• The total amount paid, including features or bonus buys, counts as the bet. For example, if a feature raises a €10 spin to €12.50, the bet is €12.50. If a bonus is bought for €20 on a €0.20 base bet, the bet is €20. Both cases break the maximum limit.
• Any breach of these limits results in the voiding of the bonus and all associated winnings.

5. Bonus Validity

• Bonuses must be activated within 24 hours of being granted.
• The bonus is valid for 7 days after activation.
• Unused or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited.

6. Completion Criteria

•  Upon fulfilling the wagering requirement, any remaining balance is transferred to your real-money account.
• Once the bonus is completed, either by expiring or by fulfilling the wagering requirements, any remaining unclaimed bonuses or unclaimed winnings are voided and cannot be recovered.

7. Geographical Restrictions

• Certain promotions may not be available in some countries.
