Bonus Terms and Conditions for CrazyBet

The English version of these terms and conditions is the official version. In the event of a dispute, the English version will apply.

1. Sticky Bonuses: All CrazyBet bonuses are “sticky,” meaning they are linked to your real balance. While the bonus is active, you cannot make a withdrawal, nor can you cancel the bonus once activated. You must fulfill the wagering requirements within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days, unless otherwise specified), or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
2. One Bonus Per User: Only one bonus offer is allowed per individual, household, address, email, IP address, phone number, payment account, or device.
3. Prohibited Strategies: Any attempt to use strategies designed to exploit or meet wagering requirements unfairly will lead to the cancellation of all winnings and potential account action.
4. Maximum Bet Limit: While an active bonus is in place, the maximum bet allowed is €10 for bets placed with a bonus balance. Breaking this will void all your balance. NO BONUS BUY ALLOWED
5. Unused Bonuses: Previously unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request.
6. Wagering Requirements: You must wager the bonus a certain number of times before any funds from that bonus can be withdrawn.
7. Bonus Validity: Casino bonuses are valid for 7 days after being credited, unless otherwise specified. If the wager is not completed within this period, all bets, bonuses, and associated winnings will be forfeited.
8. Withdrawals and Bonuses: Withdrawals are only allowed after the active bonus has been completely wagered.
9. One Bonus at a Time: Players are allowed only one active bonus or set of free spins at a time.
10. Refusal of Bonuses: Players have the right to refuse any bonuses offered by CrazyBet.
11. Delayed Game Rounds: Delaying any game round, including free spins or bonus features, until after all wagering requirements are met is prohibited. Violations will result in the cancellation of all winnings.
12. Unfair Play: CrazyBet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings if they were obtained through unfair practices.
13. Amendments to Terms: CrazyBet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Independent Wagering: Bonuses are wagered independently. You cannot combine the wagering requirements of multiple bonuses simultaneously.
15. Free Spins and Bonus Cancellation:

• Free spins can be canceled by contacting support (unless they expire).
• If a bonus balance falls below €0.09, the bonus will be automatically canceled.

1. Bonus Balance Usage: Real balance funds are used first, followed by the bonus balance. Bets and winnings are credited accordingly to the bonus or real balance.
2. Expiration of Bonus Funds: If a bonus wager is not completed within 14 days, the bonus balance is forfeited. You have 24 hours to activate the bonus before it expires.
3. Attached Balances: By activating a deposit bonus, the real balance becomes attached to the bonus balance until the bonus is fully wagered or expired.
4. Minimal Risk Wagering: Players using minimal risk wagering tactics may have their bonuses deactivated immediately.
5. Contribution to Wagering Requirements:

• Progress is roughly calculated with this formula: Wager * (game edge / 0.035) = progressAmount.

1. Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses to create a positive expected value, such as through bonus hunting or collecting features for later use, is prohibited. Violations will result in the confiscation of winnings and removal of bonuses.
2. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be used at any given time; bonuses cannot be combined.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus money expires 7 days after being credited. Please activate within 24 hours; otherwise, it will be canceled.
4. Affiliate Promotions: CrazyBet is not responsible for any inaccuracies in bonus promotions advertised by affiliates or partner sites.
5. Promotion Accumulation: Promotions requiring a deposit cannot be accumulated on a single deposit. Each offer must be claimed with separate qualifying deposits.
6. Freebet Opposing Bets: Betting with a freebet against a real money bet is forbidden. Violations will void both bets and cancel the freebet.
7. Promotion Activation: Deposits for a promotion must be made after the promotion announcement, either via email or the Telegram channel.
8. Country Restrictions: Players from Germany, Austria, Finland, and Brazil are ineligible for Welcome Bonus Sports (freebets).
9. Wheel of Legends: Maximum release from free spins is limited to 50 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies).
10. Storing Value in Games: Storing value in games to claim after the bonus period ends is strictly forbidden and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
