What are the VIP levels / ranks / Prestige and requirements?
At CrazyBet, we’ve leveled up how loyalty works - literally.
Our VIP system is built like a game, with levels, titles and something called Prestige -each offering its own set of exclusive rewards and unique badges.
Titles: Milestones with Real Cash Rewards
As you climb through the levels (0-100), you’ll unlock 6 Titles, each one comes with an instant cash reward you can claim from your rewards area.
The 6 Titles are:
- Explorer
- Conqueror
- Elite
- Master
- Champion
- Legend

Prestige: Reset for Bigger Rewards
Once you hit all 6 Titles and Level 100, you’ll face a choice:
Stay where you are, or… Prestige up and start from Level 1 again but with higher rewards and more exclusive benefits in your new prestige.
Think of Prestige like starting a new season or round. You keep all your VIP perks (like Rakeback, Daily, Weekly and Monthly bonuses) but now you’re on a tougher, more rewarding path.
Important note: When the VIP programme launches, you will therefore have the choice of either starting from scratch and grinding all the rewards from the beginning, or staying at the level corresponding to everything you have wagered, but without accumulating past cash rewards.
How do you level/rank up?
Every wager you place on CrazyBet earns XP that increases your VIP level. Casino betting generates 1 XP per $1 USD wagered (1:1 ratio) and sports betting is 3 XP per $1 USD wagered (odds of 1.1 min.).
When you reach the XP threshold for a level, you automatically move to the next one and your benefits are updated.
Levels are grouped into Titles: once you complete all the levels of a Title, you advance to the next Title until Level 100.
Every time you level up, you also get an added perk of 2x rakeback boost for 1 hour, ideal for playing right after you reach a new level!
Note: if you complete several levels within an hour, please note that this boost does not accumulate.
Which benefits do you unlock?
At CrazyBet, we have chosen to reward our players faster than anywhere else. Take advantage of our daily, weekly and monthly rewards very quickly! The exact amounts are calculated based on your activity, but the types of bonuses are always the same and unlock at specific VIP milestones.
- Monthly Bonus: From level 04
You can claim this bonus on the first day of each month 12:00 AM UTC. Bonus based on the previous month wagered. A single cash bonus that rewards your play over the whole month.
- Weekly Bonus: From level 08
You can claim this bonus every week on Saturday at 12:00 AM UTC. Bonus based on your activity during the previous 7 days (Saturday to Saturday).A cash bonus credited once per week, depending on your activity during the period.
- Daily Bonus: From level 12
Available from level 12, you can claim this bonus every day at 12:00 AM UTC. Bonus based on the previous 24 hours wagered.
- Rakeback: From level 16
You can claim this bonus manually whenever you want. The amount is calculated based on the volume of play since the last claim. A portion of your wagers is returned to you as rakeback, with the percentage increasing as you climb levels and Prestiges.
Note: Unlike most casinos, even if you haven't unlocked Rakeback yet, it still accumulates and will be available as soon as you unlock it.
- Reload
Reloads are available to players who progress through the VIP ranks (each time they move up a rank) or can be granted by your VIP host.
Eligible players receive a reload based on their recent activity on Crazybet.com. Each reload entitles you to a fixed amount of bonus funds, which you can claim at regular intervals.
Example: if you are awarded a $70 reload, you can claim $10 every day for 7 days.
